Statement of Position on the Use of AI
At Socials In Motion, we recognise that artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly present in everyday life and is now used across almost every industry. As a social media management services company, we understand that AI can be a useful tool when used responsibly, thoughtfully and with clear human oversight.
We actively use AI within our business for both creative and administrative purposes. This may include supporting research, organising ideas, improving workflows, drafting internal notes, developing content concepts or helping us explore different creative directions. Used well, AI can help us work more efficiently and give our team more space to focus on strategy, originality and high-quality client service.
From a creative standpoint, we see AI as a tool to support and elevate our work, not as a replacement for human creativity. We do not use AI to produce complete designs, campaigns or finished client content directly from prompts. Instead, we may use it to assist with early-stage thinking, idea development, inspiration, editing support or refinement. Final creative decisions, content direction and brand judgement always remain with our team.
We believe that social media content should feel genuine, considered and aligned with each client’s individual voice. For this reason, we ensure that any AI-supported work is reviewed, shaped and approved by people before it is shared with a client or published publicly.
Transparency is important to us. Where AI has been used within client work in a meaningful way, this will be disclosed to the client. We want our clients to feel confident in how their work is produced and to understand the role that AI may have played in the process.
Our position is simple: AI can be a valuable support tool, but it should be used responsibly, transparently and with human creativity at the centre. At Socials In Motion, AI helps us enhance the way we work, but it does not replace the care, expertise and personal approach we bring to every client relationship.
